ONLINE SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my order be shipped?

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 4 PM (Portugal time) are typically shipped the same day. Orders received after 4 PM  will usually go out the following business morning.

We always strived to get your items shipped as quickly as possible.

How does shipping work?​​

  • Orders under €35 incur a shipping fee of €2.99.

  • Shipping price for outside Portugal may vary depending on destination

I haven’t received my order—what should I do?
First, check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to see the delivery status. If you can’t access the link or didn’t receive the email, please contact us via email (admin@abigailsportugal.com) with your order number, and our team will assist you.

I can’t track my order. Is it on the way?
All orders are fully trackable. Your tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t locate the email or need help, contact us with your order number and details about your items, and we’ll provide the latest information on your delivery.

 

How long will delivery take?

Within Portugal: 2–3 business days for standard shipping

Outside Portugal: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Can you give me some information on your returns policy?
Our satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. For any reason, you can request a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of shipment.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our email (admin@abiagilsportugal.com) and include the following information:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Items and quantity you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

 

Once we receive your request, our team will guide you through the return process quickly and smoothly.

ONLINE ORDER ISSUES

I received the wrong item. What should I do?
If an incorrect item was sent, contact us with your order number and details of the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders very quickly, so cancellations or changes must be requested immediately. Email (admin@abigailsportugal.com) with your order number, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I have my parcel delivered to a different address?
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we cannot update the delivery address.
